The road at first was bleak and unlit but as soon as we learned they shone with the outmost glow. This is what we became through countless hours of being with teachers and students as well as in the field, we became better individuals if not the best. Accomplishments of the past are now known only to mere memory as we journey along the course but should be a motivation to something greater and of worth.

 

Being resourceful and innovative are some of the characteristics that a teacher must possess. Teachers must apply different strategies and methods in teaching. This will help the students to adapt easily to the lesson. One way of finding the best in a student is by giving them different styles of teaching that will connect to their interest and will be boosted to improve their skills and talents.
